I am a Software Engineer at PayPal Inc . I am currently working on building tools to improve developer productivity and also migrating our legacy stack to long term architecture in Compliance Platform.  I have also worked with
Dr. Jason J. Corso  on some interesting  Computer  Vision   Problems , while I was doing my Masters  in  Computer Science   from  University  at Buffalo .

This is a GitHub repository primarily focused to learn Programming. This repository is implementations of most of the problems from  GeeksforGeeks in Java. This has  solutions to almost 200 problems and still growing. This my longest on going project and the one with highest commits

eVENT cRAWLER

This a specific version of web crawler. which  can basically crawl any kind of website and extract the links to all the events in the website. The whole  code uses Python and Scrapy - Crawling API. The Repository has a nice Documentation of how to use the system.

whereis.it

This website brings back an Explorer in you to the world simultaneously provides a long set of useful information needed to be one. This site basically performs repeated  crawls on some popular image posting sites like Reddit, Flickr. and try to gather all the information like the popular places near by , temperature and weather at the place, location of the place and so on , with an embedded map and even the travel time to the location. All combined with a beautiful interface, so that you could decide where the next adventure going to be.

     Video2Text

This website is a part of research experiment  to identify how well the computer could be used describe the videos in terms of text based only on the video output. We use Computer Vision algorithms to identify the objects and then identify the actions performed by entities and classify them to subjects, verbs and objects. These triplets are analysed using natural language models to generate the sentences as output. The system is still in the preliminary phases. It still has many things to be improved like speed, domain discovery, accuracy and so on.
Spoddit

This website  brings the best of music, latest and very recent song collections from several popular music subreddits  in various genres. The site crawls through a list of subreddits  and tries to identify the Spotify links to most of the postings, so that the user could enjoy the recent music hits based on a knowledgeable music community and create their playlist and load it directly into their Spotify accounts. The System keeps on updating its list every hour. It has a very beautiful interface along with instant playing activated if you are already logged into Spotify.
